YAC-N2712 is a bifunctional organosilane possessing two reactive amino groups and hydrolyzable inorganic methoxysilyl groups.
The dual nature of its reactivity allows YAC-N2712 to bind chemically to both inorganic materials and organic silicone polymers, thus functioning as an adhesion promoter, surface modifier and as a reactant for product modification.
YAC-N2712 is a clear to straw liquid.

In terms of silane siloxane chemistry, YAC-N2712 can be used as coupling agent, adhesion promoters, surface modifier etc.
YAC-N2712 can be used as starting material in the synthesis of amino-functional silicones.
Packing and Storage
YAC-N2712 amino silane is supplied in 180Kg steel drum or 900Kg IBC container.
In the unopened original container YAC-N2712 has a shelf life of one year in a dry and cool place.
