Product introduction
YAC-A110 is a versatile amino-functional coupling agent used over a broad range of applications to provide superior bonds between inorganic substrates and organic polymers. The silicon-containing portion of the molecule provides strong bonding to substrates. The primary amine function reacts with a wide array of thermoset, thermoplastic, and elastomeric materials.
YAC-A110 amino silane is equal to Momentive's A-1100, Dow's Z-6011, Wacker's GF93, Evonik's AMEO, ShinEtsu's KBE-903 silane.

Application
Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants: Used in adhesives and sealants for polysulfide, urethane, room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, epoxy resin, nitrile rubber, and phenolic resin to increase the dispersion of fillers and maximize the adhesion of fillers to glass, aluminum, and steel.
Glass fiber: Improving the dry and wet flexural strength, tensile strength and interlaminar shear strength of thermosetting and thermoplastic glass fibers, and significantly improve the wet electrical properties of glass fibers.
Packing and Storage
Storage: Store in sealed containers in a cool, ventilated and dry place away from light, fire and moisture. Once opened, the container should be sealed to prevent water vapor from entering and causing hydrolysis.
Recommend Shelf Life: 12 months.
