Product introduction
YAC-A112 is a clear, colorless, strongly alkaline liquid with smell being very sensitive to hydrolysis.
YAC-A112 amino silane is used as adhesion promoter at organic/inorganic interfaces, for modification of surfaces (corrosion prevention, component of primers) or silicone- polymers or as crosslinker (moisture crosslinking of polymers). The application as "coupling agent" leads in general to an improvement of mechanical and electrical product properties above all under exposure to heat and/or moisture.
YAC-A112 is the equivalent of Momentive's A-1120, Dow's Z-6020, Wacker's GF91, Evonik's Dynasylan DAMO, ShinEtsu's KBM-603 silane.

Application
Glass fiber/electronic cloth composite materials: can be used as glass fiber treatment agent, can also be used as sizing agent additive;
Casting resin: used in resin sand casting, resin mold to improve the bonding strength and water resistance of resin and silica sand or abrasive;
Sealants and adhesives: as primer or adhesion promoter;
Inorganic filled polymers: surface treatment of inorganic mineral fillers, flame retardants and glass fibers to improve their dispersibility, compatibility, bonding and reinforcement effect in the resin phase.
Packing and Storage
Storage: Store in sealed containers in a cool, ventilated and dry place away from light, fire and moisture.
Recommend Shelf Life: 12 months.
